Welcome.

I am an individual, deeply committed to grow in my capacity and contribute in full to the flourishing of this world. I recognize my embeddedness in the fabric of all things; celebrate and find nourishment in the interbeing with the lands, waters, sentient beings, cycles and patterns. I recognize that liberation entails the liberation of all entities; people, animals and land alike. I align my thoughts, words and actions around this worldview.

As a filmmaker I collaborate with community groups, visionaries and grassroots activists.

As an Expressive Art facilitator I find much joy in framing and holding sessions for groups and individuals around topics such as conflict transformation, creative insights, neurobiological resourcing and care. What I find precious in this process is the ways it opens one up, quite naturally, to more ways of knowing.

Much of what I do is informed and framed by expressive art therapy, trauma informed protocols and relational practices such as Forum and restorative circles.
